The SM Swensons welcome you to the Swenson Minerals Group
The Swenson family has over 300,000 acres of mineral rights, mostly in West Texas. Recently we have organized our holdings in an effort to market the unleased minerals, approximately 250,000 acres, with intent to lease them. The majority of this acreage is in large ranch tracts with a single executive rights holder. For the non-ranch tracts, we have an attorney-in-fact who represents all family mineral holders. For ease, we have created a website, swensonminerals.com, which has digital maps, history and ownership. Current Swenson family members own minerals under six large cattle ranches, and under the Swenson portion of the original Spur Ranch. Each ranch contains contiguous, well-maintained acreage. Many acres have been under-explored and cattle-grazing-focused for years.
