New Dawn Energy, LLC (NDE), is a privately owned, Texas based, Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company formed in April 2015.
The company has acquired multiple assets since its establishment.
In September 2017, New Dawn Minerals acquired Labokay Natural Resources.
