Morning Gun Exploration LLC, based in Denver, Colorado is a prospect development company deploying our own capital into our own ideas and growing our production through non-operated working interests and overriding royalties. We presently hold an interest in 8,000 net acres in the DJ Basin of Colorado, over 10,000 acres in the Central Utah Trust Belt, and 24,400 net acres of new leases in the Uintah basin of Utah where we are actively marketing our latest petroleum system concepts. We build vertical and horizontal drilling prospects in the Rocky Mountain Basins and continue seeking financial and exploration partners to develop those projects. We believe that luck is earned.
