Bullock Inc. specializes in originating, leasing, and offering to industry partners shallow (4000'), vertical, structural and stratigraphically based, oil prospect packages located in Northwestern Kansas and Southwestern Nebraska. Prospects have low capital requirements with very attractive economics. Typical 82.0% NRI leases are $50-100 per acre, 3D seismic costs are $40K per square mile, exploratory drilling costs are $200K and completion costs are $250K. Wells need to produce aprroximately 7500 bbls at $70 per bbl to reach payout. Prospects are presented ranging in size from 1800 acres to 160 acres and are located in Norton and Decatur County, Kansas. Three prospects are field development prospects offsetting producton and are supported by 3D seismic, one prospect is a washdown, and one is larger subsurface play that has not been shot by 3D and is adjoning a multimillion bbl field.
