Houston Geological Society
The Houston Geological Society (HGS) was founded in 1923. Currently with about 3500 members, HGS has been affiliated with AAPG since 1932. Some of the services offered by the Houston Geological Society include - advertisement services for members, technical programs and networking events, technical publications, and scholarships for students.
