Typical 82.0% NRI leases are $50-100 per acre, 3D seismic costs are $35K per square mile, exploratory drilling costs are $250K and completion costs are $400K.  Wells need to produce approximately 10,000 bbls at $70 per bbl to reach payout.  Prospects are presented ranging in size from 1800 acres to 160 acres and are located in, Rawlins, Norton, Decatur County, Kansas and Dundy and Hitchcock County, Nebraska.   Items for sale include royalties and overrides, oil production, working interest in a drilling deal, offset acreage to producing wells, seismically defined prospect acreage and a large continuous block of acreage ready to be shot.
