Helium Enterprises (HE) was established to take advantage of one of the richest helium bearing basins in the United States known as the Central Kansas Uplift. This project lies within one of most heavily drilled oil productive areas in Kansas. The natural gas encountered in this area is composed of helium, methane and nitrogen making it lower heating value (BTU) and unacceptable to area natural gas pipelines. Therefore, this low BTU natural gas had very little value over the decades of oil development in this area. This resulted in the helium rich natural gas reservoirs being ignored, overlooked and underdeveloped.
In conjunction with Mark Germinario Helium Enterprises has assembled mutiple prospective areas with helium productive wells along with gathering and access to processing. HE represents operators with wells for sale that are selling helium and natural gas. Large scale regional mapping has provided numerous prospective areas for development.
