Utah Gas Corp (UGC) is an integrated upstream and midstream company that produces oil, gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) from the Uinta Basin in eastern Utah and the Piceance Basin in western Colorado. UGC operates compression, pipeline and delivery as UGC Midstream Ltd and provides oilfield services through its UGC Services Ltd subsidiary.
Founded in 2013, Utah Gas Corp is a privately-owned oil and gas company based in Colorado and Utah.
UGC’s mineral production is from natural gas, wholesale truck propane, pipeline NGLs, condensate, and both black and yellow wax crude oil. Operations consist of three company-owned gas processing facilities connected by over 2,000 miles of pipeline, a workover rig, roustabout services and an NGL injection facility.
