Welcome to the National Principals Conference!
Started in 2004, Hope Squad is a structured, school-based program that trains students to identify struggling peers and refer them to adults. Members learn skills to create a safe school environment, promote connectedness, support anti-bullying, encourage mental wellness, reduce mental health stigma, and prevent substance misuse. Through our evidence-based, peer-to-peer program, we bring these skills to Elementary, Middle/Junior High, and High School levels. Hope Squad is in more than 800 schools in 25 states and Canada.
