EcoVapor Recovery Systems helps oil and gas producers reduce flaring, minimize emissions and maximize production.

  • ZerO2™ helps operators get to zero routine flaring by capturing tank vapor gas directly from the tanks and treating Btu-rich gas so it meets pipeline specification and sold instead of flared.

  • Sulfur Sentinel™ is the solid solution for simple, reliable and cost-effective H2S treatment

We have offices in Denver, CO, Greeley, CO and Midland, TX.

Get to Zero Routine Flaring with the ZerO2 Solution from EcoVapor

 Products

  • ZerO2 Solutions
ZerO2 technology enables 100% capture of tank vapor gas directly from your tanks, eliminating the need for routine flaring while generating more revenue for your operation....

  • Our reliable, patented technology advances vapor recovery performance by eliminating oxygen from tank vapor gas from all sources – oil storage tanks, produced water storage tanks and truck loadouts, allowing our operators to sell valuable high-Btu gas instead of flaring it. ZerO2 can also be used in gas blanketing applications to mitigate oxygen as an ignition source in storage tanks.

    • 100% capture of Btu-rich tank vapor gas from oil storage tanks, produced water storage tanks and truck loadouts
    • Eliminate routine flaring
    • No moving parts = high reliability and uptime
    • Generate more revenue
    • Reduce emissions and Potential to emit
    • Improve well site safety by controlling tank pressures and venting
    • Typical payout in less than a year
“EcoVapor ZerO2 is a third-party technology introduced to solve this issue at Shell’s oil and gas operations in the Permian Basin in western Texas. The ZERO2 technology removes the oxygen, so the gas can meet the pipeline oxygen standards required for it to be sold. In 2019, this reduced flaring by 32 tonnes of methane, compared to 2018. Shell has 32 ZERO2 units at 11 sites in the Permian, and is looking to add more.”
