Profile

Matt Dooley is a partner in the law firm of O’Toole, McLaughlin, Dooley & Pecora where he leads a group of attorneys focusing on water and wastewater issues throughout the United States. For the last decade, he has been one of only a handful of attorneys nationwide specializing in territory disputes under Section 1926(b) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act. He also serves as the general counsel for the Ohio Rural Water Association and many rural water and sewer districts. Matt’s experience as a litigator allows him to resolve conflicts swiftly and efficiently while protecting the business interests of his clients. Matt has been recognized by his peers as a “Super Lawyer”, a distinction held by a small fraction of attorneys.
