Mazzaferro Group was established in 1953 by Italian immigrants and, since then, developed a strong chemical and textile background. Since 1984 Mazzaferro Medical produces a wide variety of non-absorbable sutures. More than 150M meters of UHMWPE, polyamide, polypropylene, polyester, and silk sutures are annually delivered to over 40 countries.
Within MZF4 20.000m² technological condo a brand-new 5.000m² facility started its operations in 2019 to produce 300M meters of surgical sutures/year, to design and assemble complex medical devices for the Sports Medicine Market.
