Booth features:
oDepending on your package, a certain number of sceens. Each screen will have unlimited unique digital asset files (may be video, images, text content, multimedia). Each file can be a maximum 2 GB. Your visitors have the option to place any file in a virtual briefcase to keep and view at a later time.
o Private chat rooms - multiple private chat rooms (max of 10 private chat rooms available at one time) Real time chat via text. There must be an exhibitor representative available per room to allow attendees to connect. Zoom can be used for private chats.
o Unlimited links to partner exhibitors (certain packages only)
o Social links – no limit to number of links (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
o External website–link to your company website direct from your booth
o Back ground color option–2 choices (navy and gray)
o Chair color option–2 choices (white or black)
o Doorwaylink-If you sponsor a sessionor track a‘doorway,’can link them  to the event (see additional sponsorship options below)

• Analytics of attendees visiting your booth – every attendee that visits your booth or clicks on your logo during the show will be captured. Full attendee info for your visitors will be available at end of each day.

• Depending on your package, a certain number of logo sponsorships for conference presentations (Your company logo shown during each session)

• Depending on your package, a certian number of conference passes - value $350 each (Passes good for symposium, short courses, and seminars)

• Exhibitor Forum Presentations included during symposium (15-minute max) – your presentation is shown as part of the symposium schedule in the same manner as a technical session. Technical content is necessary, with no advertorial allowed by company.

• The entire Display Week event will continue to be viewable for 4 months beyond the initial week of the virtual event. DW conference will run on-demand until December 1, 2020, inquiries will then go to a designated email by company. Public and Private Chat will only be available during the week of Display.

As always, the Exhibitors' Forum Presentations is your chance to tell your company's story in a 15-minute presentation that is included with your exhibiting package. The forum provides you, the exhibitor, with a dedicated platform that offers greater exposure to attendees who want to know more about your company’s goods and services. The forum will feature scheduled presentations by a number of Display Week 2020 exhibitors. It will be conducted very much like the ongoing Symposium of Technical Papers and will run within the symposium presentations. 

This year’s virtual environment allows us to expand the exhibitors’ forum reach by posting the presentations on the same platform as the technical presentations. This means that attendees who have paid to attend the symposium will be viewing your exhibitors’ presentations as well. You will be given instructions for prerecording your presentation and handling some Q&A during the show week. After the show, you will receive a contact list of the attendees who viewed your specific presentation. 

General instructions:

• Presentations can cover technology, products, services, and other issues. We ask that you include technical content to attract the widest attendance. 
• We will group the presentations by subject matter and they will be placed in the appropriate topic area throughout the Symposium.  
• An abstract is required if you choose to participate in the Exhibitors’ Forum. Please click here to submit your company information and 35-50 word presentation description. 
• The deadline is in two weeks --  July 3, 2020. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• Shortly after the deadline, you will receive instructions for uploading your presentation.

Every year, the show issue of Information Display magazine features a special section devoted to product highlights from the exhibition at Display Week. 

We are continuing this tradition with our virtual show on August 3-7. This is a great platform for showcasing a special product that you will be showing, or perhaps introducing, at Display Week. As part of your exhibitor package and at no additional cost to you, the magazine will highlight one product from each exhibitor in its July/August issue.

Please submit your company name and URL, a product description (100 words or less) and a high-resolution color product photograph containing your company name to the Products on Display submission site. The photograph file must be at least 266 ppi. Accepted formats are, JPG, TIF, or PNG. The deadline is in one week --  June 24, 2020. 

Note: If you have already submitted a Products on Display listing via the submission site, please choose one of the three following options and reply to Danielle Rocco by June 22, 2020.

• I am exhibiting in the virtual show and would like you to use the Products on Display submission I already entered.
• I am not able to exhibit in the virtual show but would still like you to include our company’s special product in the article (we will list all companies’ websites)
• I am not able to exhibit in the virtual show and would like to remove our company’s special product from the article.
