In conjunction with clients, Bayflex has developed the Flexdata platform which integrates test cycle parameters with voltage, resistance, temperature, humidity and detailed images for local operation or through a secure cloud service. Combined, this enables easier lab automation, video surveillance, and data analytics collaboration, such as delamination prevention, and pixel checking, resulting in efficient reliability testing and manufacturing capabilities for all.
Future plans, including third party developers will together create an application marketplace, with various cameras and software include multi-layer delamination detection, early deformation detection, early scratch detection, remote supplier qualification, and real-time machine learning capabilities to accelerate product development.
