Nano-X has specialized technologies such as SOFC equipment, Nano Imprinting equipment, etc., and has the technology of individually elastic Probe Card. This item is the world's first technology that can perform EL measurements on Micro LEDs and semiconductor devices with a pitch of 10um or less, which could not be measured due to the limitations of existing technology.

Brands: The item we would like to introduce is the Probe Card. We call this iEPt (Individual Elastic Probe Tech). Multi EL measurements of micro pitches below 10um are possible using Probe Pins less than 5um.
