LTD produces Micro OLED on an existing 8-inch fab line and starting in 2024, a new 12” fab line will be completed. The 12” fab investment is US$830M (6 billion yuan) with the first-phase monthly production capacity of 6,000 pcs wafer/M (tandem structure)
