Engineered Custom Lubricants (ECL) specializes in manufacturing high performance greases and oils for factory fill/lube-for-life aerospace and aviation components. Our specialty is working with the Engineering community to provide lubricants that meet the demands of today, tomorrow and in the future. We utilize mineral and all commercially available synthetic oils and all grease thickeners including soaps. calcium sulfonate, polyurea and PTFE.
ECL’s Christo-Lube MCG 111 is approved to MIL-PRF-27617G Types I, II and III. It is inert to fuels and oxygen, so it is used on threads, valves and bearings of fuel systems and oxygen equipment. Also, we have a dozen products with NSN codes used on aircraft instrumentation and taper plug valves. We are constantly developing new and improved formulations for applications that require even higher demands from a lubricant.
