Stükerjürgen Aerospace Composites GmbH & Co. KG (SAC) is a German manufacturer of plastic interior parts for aviation, delivering both OEM and alternate parts with 40+ years of experience. We provide a single-source service covering development, production and qualification for interior solutions. Our portfolio includes components such as seat rail covers, raceway systems, section profiles, light lenses, toilet seat assemblies, bumper systems, rubstrips, mirrors and custom parts.
Our manufacturing capabilities include extrusion, injection moulding, thermoforming, 3D printing, autoclave processing, EMC, assembly and surface finishing. SAC is qualified and certified to EN 9100 and holds approvals EASA Part 21J and EASA Part 21G.
