Bespoke DrGL® skincare is celebrity doctor Georgia Lee’s passion and brainchild.
As an individual, Dr Lee’s personal philosophy is about making quality choices, and having the passion for a happy and fulfilling life. Coupled with her drive and ‘always- to-give-her-best’ attitude, she began working on her proprietary skincare formulae back in 2004.
After years of research and development, as well as encouragement from the early success when she first formulated skincare for her close friends and patients, drgeorgia lee skincare was finally born in 2009 to rave reviews.
Infusing science into effective skincare from her solid medical experience, Dr Lee’s proprietary skincare range is specially customised for modern day busy individuals who have the discerning knowledge of quality ingredients in skincare.
In January 2011, the celebrated range of drgeorgia lee skincare took on a new brand identity - DrGL®, and unveiled its first brand campaign created by well-known designer, Theseus Chan, featuring the photography of prominent New York-based photographer, John Clang.
Made from carefully selected top-of-the-range ingredients and natural extracts sourced from all around the world, but with a keen focus on the high-technology, innovations and research of Japan, the bespoke and proprietary DrGL® formulae are dedicated to different skin types in the Asian climate, easy-to-use and provide optimal protection from the ‘drying’ effects of air-conditioned environment to harsh sunlight outdoors.
Since its inception in 2009, DrGL® skincare has won critical acclaim locally and around the region, including prestigious beauty awards and accolades by leading beauty blogs and magazines such as Her World, Elle, Women’s Weekly and Harper’s Bazaar. More recently, DrGL® continues to build on the many successes the brand has earned to expand its regional footprint outside of Singapore, garnering foreign media attention such as Vogue and Refinery29, and international recognition.
