This transaction creates a global beauty company with a strong portfolio of professional brands including: Palladio Botanical and Vitamin infused Cosmetics, Probelle Nail and Foot Treatments and Prolana Nail Optimizer. The combined portfolio will operate under the Palladio Beauty Group name and will maintain its global headquarters in Hollywood, FL.
