The new billing and invoicing features will officially launch Q3 2021 and include pre-authorization for services and a solution for collecting deposits using Rosy’s integrated payment processing, RosyPay.
The new RosyPay features will provide a means by which a salon can generate and send an invoice through the system for clients who require them. The pre-authorization for services feature allows a salon to temporarily place a hold on a client’s credit card and reserve the funds for a future payment. Meanwhile, the feature for collecting deposits will help with high-ticket services and/or those with expenses such as hair extensions.
Rosy Salon Software is available directly from the company or through a network of professional distributors who either white label the software or are an affiliate partner.
