CPFPI operates a chemical blending, production and packaging facility in conveniently located Monroe Township (central NJ). This impressive, modern and free standing structure is positioned on 16 acres mere minutes from exit 8A of the NJ Turnpike. It is less than an hour from Philadelphia and New York, along with all respective water ports, airports and trucking consolidators. Our state of the art facility is 254,000 square feet and offers 15,000 pallet locations for general warehousing; WIP and 'hazmat' ingredients. CPFPI is fitted with an early suppression fast response (ESFR) sprinkler system to fully and quickly suppress a potential fire that is within the design limits of the piping system. It also has segregated fire zones for storage, processing & warehousing. From a security standpoint, CPFPI has 400+ cameras to monitor all internal /external locations with a state of the art video surveillance system and a sophisticated 'security card' scanning protocol that restricts access to all key locations within the facility.
