CAMILO Labs, S.R.L., was born as Unión Farmacéutica, C.A., in 1963 as a distributor of important pharmaceutical product lines. In 1986, Laboratorios Unión, S.R.L., began manufacturing pharmaceutical products of the highest quality. In 2004, the cosmetics and personal hygiene line began to be manufactured, marketed and distributed through its Cosmetics Division FARAM INTERNATIONAL.
In 2017, transforms itself into CAMILO Labs to respond to the new demands of innovation and modernity at local and international markets. It has a modern plant equipped with cutting-edge technology equipment and systems, and a highly qualified staff that allows it to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, guaranteeing high levels of safety, quality and control at each stage of the useful life of the products. It is one of the first Dominican pharmaceutical laboratories certified under ISO 9001:2015, and under the COS 1001-2013 standard for hair cosmetics products in 2013, reaffirming its commitment to quality and allowing the products to enjoy high esteem of the medical and cosmetic sector, and of the consumer in general.
