Since its establishment in 1996, Chemicos has pioneered the development of brush-tip pen-type liquid eyeliners using carbon black ink and has supplied eyeliners to famous brands around the world. As eyeliners are applied directly onto the eyelids, Chemicos had been using safe color-rich pigments rather than using dyes that directly cause pigmentation and dull skin. In addition, we have achieved optimum, waterproof eyeliner formulas that are resistant to water, sweat and sebum, while being easy to remove with warm water. We also develop eyeliner formulas and containers in-house, therefore we are capable of satisfying a wide range of requests from customers.
