  Product description: REBEL COLOR FOR URBAN TRENDS is a semi-permanent color line with very unique shades that includes a collection of NEON COLORS that glow under BLACK LIGHT. This line offers intense, vibrant and long lasting colors including a jar of Pastelice cream to dilute the color tone and create pastel shades. RBL® colors will not fade away by using hot tools and colors will not bleed.

  What makes this product unique and innovative?:All the line is very intense and outrageous, and specifically the neon Shades, glow extremely bright under black light like no other in the hair industry. The color packaging has a printed ruler on the lateral side to measure the pigments linearly in order to create pastel shades and unlimited new colors easily and perfectly, without the need to use a weighing scale.
