NEW YORK CITY, New York — Truman’s Gentlemen’s Groomers was founded in 2006 in New York City as a full service men’s salon. Before then, nothing existed where men could be treated to high quality hair and skin treatment, so the brilliant minds at Truman’s decided to fill that void. With services including, but not limited to, hair cuts, hot lather shaves, coloring, hair removal, manicures and pedicures as well as massages, facials, shoe shines, and even a full bar; Truman’s is a full service experience.
After years of success and many satisfied customers, the acclaimed salon released its own line of products. The line was created by stylists with years of experience behind the chair. Since the launch, many products have been released such as moisturizing shampoo, hair paste, shave cream, facial moisturizer, facial scrub, facial cleanser, aftershave balm, and beard oil. These products have not only gained a large following with the Truman’s clientele, but are sold in many salons and spas across the country. These attributes combined with a strong online retail presence makes for a winning combination in the men’s personal care category. Due to this winning formula, the Truman’s team is excited to announce the opening of their second location in Boca Raton, Florida at The Boca Raton Beach Club in October of 2022.
To coincide with their launch in The Boca Raton, Truman’s will also be rebranding their product line. Their colors are shifting from the classic red, white, and black, to a more premium navy blue and gold. Not only are the colors changing, but Truman’s is rolling out new sizes for their shampoo, and their all new premier, aerosol-free body mister with a patent pending continuous sprayer.
“We have always prided ourselves on being adaptable,” stated Lorraine Carlin, co-owner of Truman’s Gentlemen’s Groomers. “This rebranding has been in the works for some time now, my partner Brittany Boeckel, and the rest of the Truman’s team are thrilled to see it finally all come to fruition. We have gone for a modern, new look with a focus on luxury, while still maintaining the integrity and quality of our product within the bottle. As we say here, ‘stylist created, customer approved’ and that absolutely still holds true. Truman’s is here to stay.”
With Truman’s new rejuvenated look and the grand opening of Truman’s Boca Raton on the horizon, Truman’s is certainly a company to get excited about.
