The collection is designed by designer at Libo’s R&D center and produced in a solar-powered factory located in Changhua, Taiwan. Libo Cosmetics provide various decorations, such as Silk-screening, hot stamping, metalizing, and much more! All the processing can be done at Libo ( All-in-house).
