Description
In this course, participants will learn the four most common cause analysis techniques: Ishikawa diagrams, five whys, FMEA, and Pareto charts. The concepts for each will be reinforced by walking through an example related to the operation of a testing laboratory and reviewing the standard requirements for corrective action. While this course is designed with laboratory-specific examples, the concepts presented are applicable to many types of organizations. Quizzes and exercises throughout the training demonstrate understanding of the concepts presented.
