Katelynn Perrault will receive the 2020 Satinder Ahuja Award for Young Investigators in Separation Science Award.  Katelynn Perrault is an Assistant Professor of Forensic Sciences and Chemistry at Chaminade University of Honolulu in Hawaii with research focuses on the use of multidimensional chromatography for odor analysis applications. She is developing an exciting career with synergistic approaches for novel research, undergraduate education, and science outreach.

Comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography (GCxGC) is increasing in popularity across many research fields and industrial applications.  This is largely due to its increase in peak capacity over traditional ne-dimensional GC analysis, along with numerous additional benefits afforded by the technique for complex analytical separations.  This symposium will highlight the use of multidimensional separations, new advancements in GCxGC hardware, emerging applications, and sophisticated multidimensional data handling.
