A more specific part of what we do is Farm and Family Business Succession planning. None of us are taking anything with us when we die so we all need to be thinking of who the next steward is of the business and farm we manage. After you know who the next steward is it's about communicating and planning and then executing that plan over a period of time to best transition wisdom before transferring wealth.
