The Penn State Extension - Master Well Owner Network is a group of over 900 volunteers who can help you learn about safe drinking water through the proper location, construction, testing, treatment, and management of private water wells, springs, and cisterns. Our display provides hands-on learning about water testing and sanitary well caps, along with many free publications.
