  • Digital Fully Automatic Switchover Manifolds- DFAM

    This automatic manifold controller uses pressure transmitters to manage switchover functions and system monitoring. Visual and audible alarms include green (in-use), yellow (ready), and red (depleted) status indicators, a buzzer with silence button, and dry contact outputs for remote monitoring. The touchscreen displays real-time bank pressures, delivery pressure, switchover settings, gas service, active bank priority, and connected container types. Backup analog gauges provide header bank pressure indication. A password-protected menu allows users to configure container types, select the priority bank, and enable or disable advanced features. Opti-Use maximizes gas utilization from liquid cylinders before switchover, Leak Detection alerts users to pressure loss in the standby bank, and Economizer mode minimizes gas loss through relief valves when liquid cylinders are in reserve.
