    Description

    This session will go over the objectives and goals of a well-crafted tax collection program, including current collections and delinquent collections and why those collection matter to your district. This session will also discuss the property value study and its affect on your districts state gain or loss. In addition we will discuss the need for periodic self report value audits to gain full state aide or lessen state recapture for your district. And finally we will discuss the revenue gains for your district in a well crafted and well executed Homestead Exemption Audit.
