Our extensive resources and experienced personnel enables us to provide modular-built facilities faster and with less overall design and construction costs than site construction methods. Together with our vertically integrated design-build approach, we can offer a complete range of services from the initial design through the final finish-out of each project.

In 1982 Ramtech pioneered the concept of using modular construction to develop portable classrooms and other types of relocatable modular buildings that are now in use by hundreds of public school districts throughout Texas. We've continued to lead the way in providing innovative portable classrooms and multiple classroom wings ranging from four to 16 classrooms that can be quickly and easily installed and then relocated depending on your individual space needs and financial situation. Ramtech offers two types of permanent modular construction to meet facility requirements. Our slab-on-grade process for larger projects, and our pier and beam system for any size job, both provide you with faster completion times and less costs than using site construction methods.

Ramtech’s slab-on-grade process, for larger and mult-story projects, utilizes prefabricated modular sections which are manufactured with the ceiling and walls attached without a floor, then transported to the project site and crane set directly onto a conventional concrete slab foundation. This system allows for:

Grade level entries and appearance
Medium to large-scale projects
Additions to existing structures

Our traditional permanent modular construction approach uses a pier and beam system to construct modular buildings that are designed to have the same amenities, curb appeal, and life expectancy as completely site built structures. Our traditional PMC system provides for:

Faster completion and less cost than site construction
Small to medium-sized projects
Multiple forms of financing
