The Texas SmartBuy Membership Program (formerly called the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program) offers local governments and state funded assistance organizations access to TxSmartBuy.com with established, competitively bid and awarded state contracts at best value with the multi-billion dollar purchasing power of the State of Texas.
We offer over 1.6 million items available for purchase including popular items such as furniture, office and cleaning supplies, paper and plastic goods, vans, golf carts, food, uniforms and apparel, books, audio/visual supplies, HVAC, safety items and many more!
Use our state employee travel rates on airline tickets from American, Delta and Southwest Airlines (for discounted last-minute reservations or fully refundable tickets), thousands of hotel rooms in Texas and nationally with Hotel Engine, use the 3 major rental car companies Enterprise, Hertz and Avis and also a travel agency.
Earn rebates and early payment discounts using our commercial charge card (purchase card) for your expenses. We also offer a retail fuel card with quarterly rebates on gasoline, oil changes, maintenance, repairs, and roadside assistance. Issue the fuel card to a driver or vehicle, no annual fees, payments covered under a single invoice.
