With the rise of online shopping, and demand for immediate delivery, the parcel delivery industry has exploded, along with their injury claims. These typically small but rapidly growing businesses are often run with very little health and safety oversight. Looking at over 900 claims processed by State Fund from 2018-2020, the ergonomics team will share how they created specific training materials targeting the most prevalent trends.
