Description

We are well into the greatest disruption to office work in modern history. How has our workforce changed? It's tempting to make assumptions based on intuition, and adapt accordingly. But assumptions can be problematic, and it is better to have evidence.

In this presentation, we will present evidence that challenges some beliefs that have developed post pandemic about changed work-patterns. Using our office ergonomic database with over 200 million person-days of data, we will show how 4 large companies in different sectors were uniquely impacted. Finally, we'll discuss how this variation highlights the importance of having a data set specific to your organization to help develop your best approach for minimizing risk.
