Ron has over 20 years of experience in research and software engineering focused on optimizing the health and safety of the work environment for knowledge/office workers. He was the innovator and developer of RSIGuard, an award-winning desktop ergonomic software solution that reduces the impact of repetitive strain injuries (RSI) for office workers. Ron’s expertise is in imagining ways to leverage technology to improve user experiences and support injury prevention.
