From supplying personal protective equipment, implementing safety protocols & work-from-home transitions, employers and their partners have worked hard to protect employees from COVID-19. But what about their mental health? This session shares creative approaches companies have taken to protect the mental wellbeing of their employees during this time, including communication and outreach. Some of which have become permanent policies. Three types of companies ─ employer, payer & ancillary provider ─ demonstrate practical ways to care for mental wellbeing of employees.
