Description
The world is filled with “sides” that distrust the other. In workers’ comp, distrust and antagonism hurt the two primary stakeholders in the system – employers and injured workers. In fact, the dysfunction that comes from antagonism is often a revenue stream for services. What is the antidote? Rational thinking. Problem solving. Collegial conversation. Big-picture viewpoints. Presenters will identify 8-10 areas where antagonism exists and use interactive examples in a point/counterpoint format, engaging the audience in identifying and understanding solutions.
