The regulatory landscape has changed significantly over the past couple of years in the wake of the pandemic and the 2020 election. We’ve seen changes across the spectrum — from workers’ compensation presumption laws to marijuana legalization. In this session, we will take a look back at the recent updates and explain how those trends continue to shape the current and future workers' compensation regulatory environment.
