Description

Many employers are now allowing some or all of their workforce to continue working from home part-time or even permanently. As a result, companies need to rethink their ergonomics programs to ensure they can quickly and accurately assess exposures. This will include providing ergonomically sound solutions and equipment in an efficient and cost-effective manner, and reducing office ergonomic injuries no matter what the employees’ work arrangement or location. Learn how Intuit’s team partnered to build a comprehensive, flexible and scalable ergonomics program, which allowed them to quickly adapt to work-from-home arrangements for more than 10,000 of their employees. Learn how the program is being modified again to accommodate ergonomic needs amidst COVID safety protocols as employees return to the office.
