While COVID-19 challenged health care in many ways, a silver lining emerged—virtual care. Patients discovered that virtual care was engaging, convenient, and thorough. Now that telehealth has become an accepted care option—what comes next? This fast-paced, engaging presentation will demonstrate how virtual services are expanding to address end-to-end care—from initial intake, to online clinician appointments and home delivery of pharmaceuticals, to virtual ongoing care such as rehabilitation, physical therapy and even mental health services. Surveys are now showing that nine out of 10 patients who used telehealth would use it again. Virtual care is here to stay.
