Profile

Vicki Lindquist joined LFLM in 1998. Her practice is devoted to advising and defending employers and insurance carriers in all aspects, and through all phases, of state workers’ compensation matters from claim inception through trial, and appeal. She has extensive experience in conducting expert and witness depositions, defending complex DFEC and LeBoeuf issues, carveout / ADR litigation, as well as §132a matters involving crossover issues with concurrent FEHA, ADA and EEOC claims.
