  Focused Exercises & Stretching

  Once we receive a referral from our clinicians our on staff physical therapist will reach out to the injured employee to gather information about the incident and narrow down the targeted muscle groups. They will then send the employee a detailed program in which they can coach the employee through each portion. We can also advise the employee on wrapping, taping, icing, and assist with adjusting devices. If the employee is still working, we can explain to them what they will experience while working and provide insights on muscle function.
