  • Atlanta, GA, July 11, 2022 – Chartwell Law, one of the nation’s fastest-growing civil litigation defense firms, added partners Lara Ortega Clark, Whitney Lay Greene, Robert E. Noble III, and of counsel Candace J. Rodgers to the firm’s Atlanta, GA office. This team joins a rapidly expanding Atlanta office and marks a milestone, surpassing the 200th attorney in its offices nationwide.

    Lara Ortega Clark is a general liability defense attorney practicing in state and federal courts throughout Georgia. Laura focuses her practice on transportation matters including trucking and rideshare litigation. She also practices in the areas of premises liability, negligent security, personal injury and wrongful death on behalf of businesses, insurance carriers and third-party administrators.

    Whitney Lay Greene is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney, practicing throughout the state of Georgia. She handles a broad spectrum of matters in the fields of commercial transportation, ride-share/gig economy liability, premises liability, and product liability. Her success relies on her ability to fully understand the desired resolution as she works to provide creative and effective strategies on behalf of her clients.

    Robert  E. “Bert” Noble III focuses his practice on defending individuals and corporations in a variety of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, negligent security, commercial litigation, motor vehicle and trucking negligence, and construction cases. He has successfully defended his clients in state and federal courts throughout Georgia, including jury trials and appeals.

    Candace J. Rodgers is a general liability defense attorney successfully litigating matters in state and federal courts throughout Georgia. Her practice focuses on premises liability and personal injury liability, including wrongful death and medical malpractice. Candace began her legal career as a judicial intern in the Fulton County Superior Court, followed by internships at the Georgia Attorney General’s Office, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

  • Atlanta, GA, March 5, 2022 – Chartwell Law is pleased to announce the addition of experienced litigation defense attorney Robert Luskin to its Atlanta office.

    Mr. Luskin represents clients in both state and federal courts throughout Georgia and Tennessee.  He maintains a wide-ranging practice defending corporations and individuals in various complex litigation matters. He has extensive experience involving the defense of products liability cases, as well as premises liability claims, professional negligence, and insurance coverage matters. Robert also represents companies on employment-related matters including discrimination and harassment issues.

    Robert is a leader in risk management litigation defense and regularly presents at national conferences for the National Property and Liability Bureau, Claims Litigation Management and National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators.  He is rated AV Preeminent®  with Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to the Georgia Super Lawyers® list from 2017-2022, a part of Thompson Reuters.
