Continuity Care Home Nurses
Licensed, Insured and Bonded Home Health Agency providing licensed home health care services in Southern CA. We provide RNs, LVNs, & CNAs from 4-24 hours/day along with PT, OT, ST, MSW. Agency specializes in catastrophic cases including TBI, SCI and Ventilator Dependent patients. Agency provides quality care by hiring only experienced nurses to care for our patients. We bill worker's compensation (contracted with most payor sources), private insurance, long term care insurance and do accept credit cards for private pay patients. We also have a separate company (Continuity Care Staffing Services, Inc.) that can provide Caregivers & Babysitters from 4- 24 hours/day. We supervise all non-medical cases with an RN and case manage our patients. We have been in business over 30 years. Staff hired are employees of Agency and receive opportunity for health benefits & 401K plan. We are open M-F 7AM to 7PM and provide 24 hour On Call. RN Owned & Operated since 1991.
