Mornings have always been a special time of day for me. Itʼs always the same, I make a medium roast lungo espresso, pick out a 5 inch blonde color wrapped cigar and sit on my deck contemplating the next sixteen hours ahead. I may spend some of that time reflecting or simply feeling gratitude for being alive. By the time Iʼm done, Iʼm ready for the day.
When I sat out to develop this cigar I wanted it to my first choice for a morning cigar. There is something so comforting about a cup of coffee and a cigar. This blend had to be just right. It couldnʼt taste bitter or too spicy. It needed to have enough nicotine to compliment the coffee but not over power it. It needed to have the aromas of roasted nuts, burnt caramel, white pepper, with retro notes of 80% cauco, dried fruit and an undeniable sweetness that wasnʼt artificial but as if it was fermented in honey water.
Milk & Honey embodies the rich aromas of well fermented nicaraguan and ecuadorian tobaccos, a careful balance of two complimenting but contrasting viso, AA grade Indonesian Sumatra binder and covered in River Valley Connecticut wrappers. This is nothing short of a symphony of smooth richness and aromatics that will compliment yourmorning ritual.
