When is Insight 2022?

Insight 2022 will be August 14-17, 2022 in Orlando, Florida.
Currently we are planning only an in-person event.  If this changes, we will notify everyone.

What is the registration fee?

NEW this year! GROUP REGISTRATIONS:
Companies with 3 or more registrations
$1,200 each (March - July 29), then the late Individual Registration rate kicks in for all registrations.
Note: Registrations must happen at the SAME TIME.

For Individual Registrations:
Early Bird Registration: $1,200 (USD) [March - May 27]
Regular Registration: $1,300 (USD) [May 28 - July 29]
Late Registration: $1,550 (USD) [July 30 - August 14]

When will registration open?

Registration for Insight will open in early March 2022.

What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations made by July 15, 2022, a full refund will be processed. For cancellations made after July 15 and before or on July 29, a 50% refund of the paid fees will be processed. Cancellations made on or after July 30 will not be refunded. Substitutions will be accepted until August 12, 2022.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! We offer two options for guest registration:

Full Guest Registration: $800 (USD) includes access to all evening receptions as well as all meals (breakfasts, lunches, and dinners)
Tuesday Night Guest Registration: $350 (USD) includes access to the event at the Epcot World Showcase on Tuesday evening

Note: Guests must be at least 21 years of age as alcoholic beverages are available during evening activities.

What does my registration fee include?

  • 3 days of sessions, materials, networking, and events. With access to over 100 educational sessions hosted by Trimble Transportation and industry experts – there is no shortage of content available to you.
  • All meals, beverages, snacks, receptions and evening entertainment.
  • Software labs and demonstrations, unlimited access to the Insight LAB for personalized help-desk questions and troubleshooting.
  • Industry and business speakers and access to an Expo Hall packed with over 80 different exhibitors and partners.

Note: Fee does not include airfare, lodging, travel fees or transportation

How can I pay for my registration?

Payments must be made by credit card (American Express, MasterCard and Visa) at the time of registration. No business invoices for event registrations will be issued. Note: All funds are collected in USD.

Will I receive a receipt for my registration fees?

Your confirmation email serves as your receipt. If you cannot locate your confirmation email and need it to be resent, please email insightuc@trimble.com.

I can no longer attend, can I substitute someone else in my place?

Yes, substitutions can be made up until August 12, 2022. To make the substitution, find your Registration Confirmation email.

  • Under the payment details, there is a link to access your registration details.
  • In the ‘My Registration’ tab hover over ‘More Options’ and select ‘Substitute Registration’.
  • You will be prompted to enter their details to complete the substitution and they will receive a confirmation email.

How does COVID-19 affect Insight?

We are actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and subsequent variations and plan to continue with Insight 2022 as scheduled.
