Weekly, drivers are sent a text message asking open-ended message, for example: "How is your experience at your carrier?" Drivers can respond by sharing feedback via text message or clicking a link in the text and further scoring their experience. All feedback is delivered to the company, unfiltered and anonymous, on an online dashboard. 

    Carriers can choose multiple ways to react to this feedback.
