Decision-makers at trucking companies gain access to driver feedback, simply by asking for it. Weekly, drivers are sent a text message asking open-ended message, for example: "How is your experience at your carrier?" Drivers can respond by sharing feedback via text message or clicking a link in the text and further scoring their experience. All feedback is delivered to the company, unfiltered and anonymous, on an online dashboard.
